Our performance-based approach enables us to optimise the customer journey, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. We don’t just build beautiful eCommerce experiences; we build experiences that convert and retain customers.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky enough to partner with a diverse range of leading global and direct-to-consumer brands including; Rapha, Sakara, Jamie Oliver, Chilly’s, Seedlip, Loewe, Tracksmith & Wild.

We are excited to have been shortlisted for two UK eCommerce Awards this year and are proud to share more about some of our favourite projects.

Wild: Paving the Way to Sustainable Beauty

We helped sustainability-led beauty brand Wild transition from a monolithic architecture to a flexible headless tech stack, implementing best-fit tools to support growth and enhance customer experience through impactful design.

To connect with their Gen-Z and Millennial audience, we created a retro-inspired design system with bold colours for a vibrant, playful user experience. We also redesigned the subscription builder to emphasise Wild’s subscription model, offering customisable plans to empower customers. Thorough A/B testing led to a 10% increase in annual revenue and a 39% increase in subscription AOV for the brand.

Sakara: Transforming the Meal Delivery Sector

Subscription meal delivery brand Sakara needed support to simplify and clarify their front-end experience whilst also addressing back-end limitations.

A new modular design system was crafted to empower content teams to create consistent, immersive experiences in the brand’s editorial style. To help teams curate high-converting experiences, we implemented split-testing tools to measure the impact of content changes on key KPIs including Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rate. Finally, we developed a bespoke food programme builder for maximum flexibility and scalability. This offered highly personalised programmes that quickly responded to market demands and consumer trends.

Rapha: Riding to New Heights

Premium cycling-wear brand Rapha struggled to scale on a legacy monolithic platform. So, we recently partnered with them to support their shift to composable commerce, saving them over £1M in annual architectural fees.

After establishing the best target architecture, migration plan and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), we built a detailed project plan for their platform migration, prioritising key initiatives based on value vs risk. Augmented teams expedited the roadmap, unlocking value early and ensuring tight deadlines were met. Rotate° experts collaborated closely with Rapha teams, implementing agile practices for efficiency and high-quality results. Extensive design audits and competitor analysis helped identify impactful design improvements to enhance the customer experience across various pages including checkout.

A Thank You to Our Team, Partners and Clients

We are delighted to be nominated for “UK eCommerce Medium Agency of the Year” and for our clients at Wild to be shortlisted for “Beauty, Health & Wellbeing Ecommerce Website of the Year”.

This recognition is a true testament to our team’s drive to craft impactful, best-in-class digital experiences for brands worldwide. We are thankful for our partners for their invaluable support and our clients who trust us to bring their visions to life.

“We’re thrilled to have received recognition for the projects we’ve worked so hard on over the past year.
