It offers our ‘pizza loving’ customers the convenience of selecting from franchisee food menus, customising their own pizzas, browsing deals, making food orders for collection or delivery, and subsequently saving favourite pizzas or order combinations for rapid repeat ordering. In 2021 the company embarked on an ambitious programme to propel the website into a new era of business empowerment by providing a joined-up, personalised customer experience and greater agility for the Digital teams to trade the site more effectively. Our most recent programme will modernise the eCommerce platform even further to process the +£1 billion sales and 59 million orders each year and continue to position us as ‘the eCommerce company that delivers great pizza’.
