Fostr’s Partnership with New Era delivers impressive results, Fostr share their project story.

Fostr have been working with New Era since 2024, and our partnership has delivered some impressive results over that time. This project was another exciting collaboration, and an opportunity to combine New Era’s incredible brand legacy with Fostr’s unique design-forward ethos.

Our strategic digital and ecommerce services span end-to-end delivery, integrating seamlessly to drive measurable performance. That focus is why New Era chose us, and why our work has been shortlisted at the UK eCommerce Awards.

The project

New Era’s history spans more than 100 years, working with the biggest names in sport to create exclusive headwear and apparel. The challenge to our team was to design a platform worthy of that legacy.

At Fostr, we understand the digital demands of global brands. A luxury brand’s platform is an extension of its identity and must communicate values and story with clarity. It also needs to be scalable, flexible and conversion-optimised.

For New Era, we re-platformed to a best-in-class Shopify Plus solution, creating a foundation that manages their 500+ brand portfolio, content updates and internal workflows with ease. With a new suite of tools and bespoke features, the site now delivers an engaging, dynamic experience that converts, especially during peak retail and major sporting moments.

The results

Our work on New Era’s platform contributed to the brand’s record highest Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The new site experienced impressive wins and uplifts compared to the same period in 2023: namely, a 68% increase in revenue and conversion rate of 3.98%.

Their new streamlined digital presence matches the standards of the New Era brand, providing an intuitive interface and simplified navigation that completely transforms UX.
