Over the past two years, we took a major step forward by launching the Superdrug Marketplace. This platform allows our customers to shop over 10,000 new products from niche sellers and eco-friendly brands. This marketplace unifies the latest beauty and wellness trends, ensuring that our customers have access to a diverse range of products that cater to their individual needs and preferences.
Key Features Driving Our Success
One of the key factors that led to our nominations is our continuous effort to bring the best of in-store expertise online. Through innovations like our Online Skin Analyser, we’ve made it easier for customers to receive personalized skincare advice. This tool asks a series of questions and analyses a selfie to recommend a tailored skincare routine, just as a beauty consultant would do in-store.
Additionally, through an instore and online offer we are able to offer our customers better availability of products. For instance, if a product is out of stock online, customers can check if they are able to collect it from their nearest store, thanks to our Click and Collect service. Often a product can be collected in just 30 minutes. We’ve also partnered with Stuart to ensure same-day deliveries for those who need their beauty and health essentials fast.
Our website is continuously evolving with new features. Thanks to the Superdrug Marketplace, customers now have access to over 300 new brands and a growing assortment of innovative products. Our Store Insider feature allows online customers to connect directly with our in-store beauty consultants, replicating the personal, expert service typically reserved for in-store experiences.

In addition, our app includes features like “My Favourites” for easy reordering, a shareable wishlist, and access to exclusive perks and events through our Loyalty Program.
