Rewarding Identity: SheerID Proud Finalist for the UK Ecommerce Software or Extension of the Year

We are excited to be a UK eCommerce Award finalist in the eCommerce Software or Extension of the Year category.

As a leader in identity verification for commerce, we support our marketing clients by helping them to increase purchase intent by creating an offer that is personalized to the consumer’s identity. This allows brands to create an emotional connection with their buyers that fosters more meaningful customer relationships and loyalty.

The SheerID identity verification solution has the ability to digitally verify 2.5 billion consumers around the world. Brands like Amazon, Back Market, Spotify, and T-Mobile use SheerID to instantly verify consumer-provided data so they can run personalized marketing campaigns to tight-knit communities like students, teachers and healthcare workers. 

We are honored that our research work and commitment to truly understand our clients and their customers is being recognised by the judges and made us finalists.

SheerID; more than a technology platform

SheerID takes its commitment to understand its clients and by extension, their clients’ customers, to the next level by investing in research to truly get to the bottom of how consumers will make purchasing decisions (often in relation to current events such as the Pandemic or Economic Downturn) and what role emotional connection and price relief plays.

A recent example is that SheerID surveyed consumers in the United Kingdom in January 2023 and again in May 2023 to understand how the current economy is impacting consumers’ spending habits. The survey sought to understand how shoppers felt about the downturn, how their purchasing behavior has changed, and what brands can do to engage, acquire, and retain them.
