Fluid is an eCommerce agency dedicated to transforming brands into market leaders through the power of Adobe Commerce (Magento) web development and performance marketing. Founded in 2009 by Adam Hindle, Fluid is on a mission to support retailers with the ecommerce power and expertise they want and deserve.

ChloBo
So good we nominated it twice: ChloBo is an online retailer of distinctive hand-crafted jewellery with meaning. Their online store is beautifully stocked with stacking bracelets, rings, earrings and more, with a personalised collection, kids range and perfume.
Our objectives for the site were to continue the growth driven by the pandemic in 2020 into 2021 and beyond. We set about achieving this with:
- A site upgrade to ensure ChloBo enjoys the very latest in speed, security and features from Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), plus
- Site improvements and the introduction of key tech integrations that would excite and delight the target audience (women aged 25-44)
The upgrade and integrations with leading tech solutions (Yotpo, Klarna, Klevu, Braintree) saw:
- 36% increase in revenue
- 16% increase in the conversion rate
- 4% increase in average order value

Lakeland Leather
Lakeland Leather is the UK’s largest independent leather retailer, selling a selection of coats, handbags, luggage and accessories. The fashion retailer trades online and in their 15 stores across the UK, embracing multichannel and ecommerce.
Following a bumper year in 2020 as a result of the pandemic, the retailer wanted to continue online growth and modernise the user experience of the store. Our strategy was to focus on the user experience of the site on desktop and mobile by redeveloping the Magento 2 site as a Progressive Web App (PWA) using Adobe Commerce PWA Studio.
In the first few months of launching, the site saw:
- 52% increase in revenue
- 44% increase in transactions
PWAs are mobile first, and so it was especially exciting to see that mobile-only revenue boosted by an impressive 74%.
