Domino’s is focused on delivering a better future through food people love. We do this by ensuring our brand is synonymous with value, quality, innovation, and great experiences. This standard not only applies to our pizzas but also every touchpoint with our customers. As 90% of orders are now generated through our digital channels, Domino’s Pizza Group’s website acts as the digital front-door to over 1,250 stores across UK and the Republic of Ireland. It offers our ‘pizza loving’ customers the convenience of selecting from franchisee food menus, customising their own pizzas, browsing deals, making food orders for collection or delivery, and subsequently saving favourite pizzas or order combinations for rapid repeat ordering. In 2021 the company embarked on an ambitious programme to propel the website into a new era of business empowerment by providing a joined-up, personalised customer experience and greater agility for the Digital teams to trade the site more effectively. Our most recent programme will modernise the eCommerce platform even further to process the +£1 billion sales and 59 million orders each year and continue to position us as ‘the eCommerce company that delivers great pizza’. The entire company is incredibly proud of what our talented Digital and IT teams accomplish every day and honoured to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award at the UK eCommerce Awards.
