BOSCO™ Powered by Modo25 supported the UK eCommerce Awards

Online retail has been growing consistently. But in 2020, consumers went all in. In the UK, e-commerce growth leapt nearly fivefold. The UK eCommerce Awards recognises and celebrates excellence in retail, and it felt like a significant year to celebrate following the global pandemic. BOSCO™ Powered by Modo25 was proud to sponsor two categories at the awards.

We sponsored the UK eCommerce Awards in 2021 to recognise the great work accomplished by both retailers and the performance agencies behind them. Particularly as we were acknowledging the work achieved throughout the COVID-19 pandemic – retail has never been so challenging. Being an eCommerce and retail specialist platform and agency, we knew these awards would be a perfect fit for our brand and the values we stood for.

BOSCO™ is a spend forecasting software platform, which is accessible to all online retailers. Our software combines machine learning with algorithmic modelling to optimise multiple channels to analyse the best ROI mix to allocate marketing budgets. This information is then shown in an easy-to-use interface for marketing practitioners to understand.

BOSCO™ is powered and created by a team of dedicated data scientists and digital marketing specialists at Modo25, a Leeds-based digital marketing and technology disruptor.

Many businesses feel they only have two options when it comes to digital marketing: inhousing or outsourcing. Modo25 bridges the gap and offer a third option; supported inhousing. We work with businesses to create bespoke digital strategies in performance marketing that encourage the upskilling and development of inhouse teams.  

It was a tough decision to pick just a handful of categories but we decided to sponsor the ‘eCommerce search campaign of the year’ and ‘eCommerce social media campaign of the year’ in 2021. Our inhouse team of search and social media specialists recognise the hard work and effort than goes into a successful eCommerce campaign, so we were proud to support and sponsor the award to reward the finalists.

Similarly, we recognise how difficult it can be to achieve results in a heavily saturated market. A huge congratulations to the winners PANGAIA & Vervaunt and Propellernet & Pour Moi.

The event for 2021, seemed particularly special as it had been such a long time since we had all been able to celebrate in person and Klaviyo made sure we had a big celebration.”

Modo25 is a digital marketing provider with a difference; we put people first. We work hard not only to deliver success for our clients but to provide a better work/life balance for our team while also collaborating with charities to support those less fortunate than ourselves. The company name is inspired by Modo, one of the children living in the Ugandan orphanage, 1moreChild. There is a bigger picture to our work with a proportion of our annual profits going directly to the charity to support children’s education and housing.  

In January 2021, BOSCO™ Powered by Modo25 was awarded a six-figure government investment as part of the UK Innovate competition. The grant was to support projects that will help all sectors in the UK rebuild after COVID-19 by winning a share of a £10m fund. Our BOSCO™ platform impressed the judges and the grants mean we can continue to develop the platform at pace.
