SheerID takes its commitment to understand its clients and by extension, their clients’ customers, to the next level by investing in research to truly get to the bottom of how consumers will make purchasing decisions (often in relation to current events such as the Pandemic or Economic Downturn) and what role emotional connection and price relief plays.
A recent example is that SheerID surveyed consumers in the United Kingdom in January 2023 and again in May 2023 to understand how the current economy is impacting consumers’ spending habits. The survey sought to understand how shoppers felt about the downturn, how their purchasing behavior has changed, and what brands can do to engage, acquire, and retain them.
